Returns & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge or any return postage costs.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email before sending it back so that we can provide return instructions.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, labels, tags, protective coverings and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if any labels, tags, seals, or protective packaging have been removed, damaged, or tampered with. We therefore recommend checking that you are happy with the item before removing any tags or protective packaging.
A £5 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover packaging materials and handling costs. Where free delivery was provided on your original order, any refund issued may be reduced by the actual delivery cost incurred by us when dispatching the item.
If your order included any complimentary items, promotional items, or items provided free of charge as a goodwill gesture, these must also be returned if you cancel your order. If such items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct their retail value from any refund due.
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch and defects are extremely rare. However, if you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Loungefly Bags, Accessories and Collectible Items
Loungefly products are collector's items and must be returned in exactly the same condition in which they were received. Returns cannot be accepted if the original packaging, labels, tags, stuffing, protective inserts, plastic coverings, or any other protective materials have been removed, damaged, or discarded.
Blind Box Pins or items must be returned in their original sealed, unopened, and untampered packaging. We can not accept returns for blind boxes opened on a live stream where you have chosen to take the item shown.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
